10 on Tuesday
1. I have a cold
2. All last week I vowed to everyone and myself that I wasn't getting a cold. Well, I do and luckily it's almost gone.
3. Went to my cousin's wedding over the weekend. I'll try to get some shots up by the end of the week. The ceremony and reception was just beautiful.
4. Tonight was preschool open house. Maya was so excited to show us all her projects hanging up for all to see.
5. She wasn't all to excited to sing for us. After walking up the aisle with her class she spotted her daddy and I and ran to us crying. I don't want to sing. No, I'm not doing it. So- she sat on my lap as we watched her fellow preschool friends sing.
6. Good thing I forgot the camera. We really didn't need it.
7. Um hows come she danced for over 1000 people at last year's recital (2 TIMES) yet she won't do her little songs and finger plays in front of about 40?
8. We're going to work on this for the Christmas program. I hear that angel wings and halo's are in the works. We talked to her tonight about videoing it so she can see herself on TV. That may just work.
9. The Indians are slowly losing their huge lead....praying hard, real hard right now!
10. Tomorrow I'm getting my curtains hemmed to puddle on the floor. Going to put up some pictures too. I love decorating!

Oh colds are no fun- so sorry, Missy. Here's my take on performing- the more people out there, the less chance you aee anyone you know. The less poeple out there, the more chane you will recognize people and they will recognize you. Isn't this so typical of stage fright??
Feel better soon!
baby steps i guess-i was so impressed that she joined everyone for the children's message AND answered a question, in front of everyone...preschool is doing her good :)
I understand, Maya. People are scary, mom and dad are not. Once during pre-school, Tara was a sheep with some others and Jay videotaped THE WRONG SHEEP. They all looked the same. ha ha
I love preschool open houses, they are so darn cute. Charlie is the same way about performing in front of people and yet, he is the biggest ham I know.
Glad your cold is going away. :)
sophie hasn't had to perform yet in front of a group, but I can say that she refused to go out on the ice for her skating lessons. we tried twice and it isn't going to happen....
