Pop-pop went to State in pictures...
Pop-pop-an assistant girls varsity basketball coach. He is the head freshman girls coach, but they asked him to stay on and assist varsity in the post-season.

Ummmm- he sat right behind us! My mommy kept snapping
pictures and my Aunt Tina kept elbowing her to stop.
I got to stay up really really late, like 3 hours past
my bedtime(that's what my mommy kept saying)
and eat popcorn and sugar cookies with green sprinkles. And we all slept together in this big room, my very first big girl bed. Mommy didn't get a port-a-crib this time! I am a big girl but my mommy said I am still her baby especially in this picture with my binky(thanks michelle!)
I was soooo exhausted after I cheered and clapped for Pop-pop's team. I wanted to see him so
bad but he couldn't come over to us even when I puckered up my face
and stuck out my bottom lip and signaled my tiny little
hand for him to come to us. I could tell he was doing a very
important job and I wasn't worried, cuz tomorrow he was taking us to
breakfast and I would get to sit next to him and cuggle(snuggle and cuddle- my favorite word).
Thanks for a really fun weekend Pop-pop! I love you so much! Congratulations on getting
your team to the state finals! My daddy says that's an incredible feat!

You are so going to laugh - remember when I asked - where did they play the game indoors or outdoors -because I thought it was BASEBALL!
oh my -so anyhow - looks like it was a great weekend and how cool for you dad to make it to states!
Okay, did you say anything, or did you just snap pictures and point from afar?
Wish I knew you were going down. I would have went. My hubs was down there all weekend.
